The above Civil Application has been filed for brining the legal heirs of the sole Respondent on record. The Learned Counsel Mr. Ghaisas instructed by Mrs Nayana Patil states that he has instructions to appear for the heirs of the sole Respondent i.e. Respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(h) and that in so far as Respondent Nos.1(f) to 1(h) are concerned, Mrs. Patil would file the vakalatnama in the course of the week. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, resultantly the heirs of the sole Respondent are allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
