Learned counsel Mr. R. K. Mendadkar appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, at the outset, submitted that post filing of this petition, recently the Petitioner had submitted a fresh representation to the Sub Divisional OfÏcer, Ulhasnagar Division, Ulhasnagar to consider his case in terms of the Government Resolution dated 21st December 2019. Learned counsel Mr. Mendadkar submitted that though in the representation it is wrongly typed as Government Resolution dated 21st February 2019, the Petitioner is seeking the decision on his representation in terms of the Government Resolution dated 21st December 2019.
