Leave to amend is granted to carry out amendment in prayer clause (b) and (c) by correcting the number of the plot bearing no. 239 as 197 in respect of the land as per eligibility of the Petitioner. The Petitioner shall also delete the words "totally admeasuring 35 Hectares 61 Ares". Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-veriDcation is dispensed with.

Mr. Deokar, learned counsel for the Petitioner tendered copy of the letter dated 27th June, 2022 by Deputy Secretary, State of Maharashtra to the Collector, Pune stating that the land bearing Gat No. 197 is not Gairan land and can be allotted to the project affected persons.

Mr. Deokar, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that if the said plot is available today the same may be allotted to the Petitioner. Petitioner is willing to appear before the DRO, Pune and produce requisite documents to show that the said plot is available. The Petitioner shall appear before the Collector, Pune on 31st March, 2023 and if the said plot is available and if the Petitioner is eligible to be allotted the said plot, it shall be allotted to the Petitioner within four weeks from the date of the Petitioner producing documents before the Court and available plot can be allotted to the Petitioners. 4.

Writ Petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.

Place these matter on board for compliance on 24th April, 2023.
