The above Civil Application has been filed for brining the legal heirs of the sole Respondent on record and for setting aside the abatement. The Learned Counsel Mr. Ghaisas states that he has instructions to appear for the heirs of the sole Respondent. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, resultantly the heirs of the sole Respondent are allowed to be brought on record and the abatement qua the Respondents should stand set aside. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
