This is an application received through Jail for bail. 2.

The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating officer submitted that in the present case i.e. Sessions Case No.428 of 2014 the prosecution has already examined nine witnesses and and examination of only two witnesses is remained. As the trial of the present applicant is completed substantially, I find no reason to grant bail to the applicant at this stage.
