The Application has been made for bringing legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 on record. The names of the legal heirs are enumerated in paragraph No. 16 of the said Application. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the Interim Application, the Application stands allowed. Delay if any, stands condoned.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks. Copy of the amended Writ Petition be served upon the contesting Respondents within a period of two weeks thereafter. Re-verification stands dispensed with.

It is submitted by the learned counsels that interim relief granted by this Court on 10.10.2018 in the Writ Petition was continued from time to time. In view thereof the earlier interim relief shall continue till the next date.
