P.C.:- The Petitioner herein has challenged the order dated 26/04/2021 whereby the learned District Judge, Solapur has dismissed the Appeal fled by the Petitioner. The main relief sought by the Petitioner was to restrain the Respondent from recording their names in tax assessment record. The learned District Judge has recorded that names have already been recorded and that prayer has become infructuous. As regards the apprehension of the Petitioner that Respondent may disturb his possession, the District Judge has noted that in view of the undertaking recorded by this court in order dated 19/06/2013 in Writ Petition No.3715 of 2012, the possession of the Petitioner stands protected.

In view of these facts and circumstances, learned District Judge has dismissed the Appeal fled by the Petitioner. I do not fnd any illegality or apparent error in the impugned order. The Petition has no merits and is accordingly dismissed.
