By this writ petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have impugned the order dated 2nd February, 2013 passed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal Mumbai along with revision application filed by the contesting respondents. 2.

During the pendency of this writ petition, the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Ratnagiri has already passed a decree. This writ petition has thus become infructuous. It is however made clear that, if any, appeal is filed by the petitioner against the decree passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, the same shall be decided on its own merits without being influenced by the observations made by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal in order dated 2nd February, 1/2
