Mr. Godbole, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed if this Court directs the respondent No.1 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 05.01.2012 for grant of T.D.R. in respect of an area admeasuring 576 Sq. Mtrs. It is stated that though for the certain other pieces of land, the T.D.R. was utilized, in respect of an area admeasuring 576 Sq. Mtrs. the same is not utilized. It is stated that though the application is made by the petitioner for grant of T.D.R. in respect of the aforesaid land, the same is not decided till date.

Sudhir Rane 46--WP-7522-2017.doc Since the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is innocuous, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the application of the petitioner for grant of T.D.R. in respect of 576 Sq. Mtrs. of land within three months from the date of receipt of this order. No order as to costs.
