Heard Mr. Mundargi, learned Counsel for the applicant and learned APP.

Prayer is to relax condition No. 12(C) in an order of bail passed by this Court on 18th February, 2019. It reads thus; "12(C) Till conclusion of trial, applicant shall not enter jurisdiction of revenue district of REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Pune but for attending the trial."

Earlier this Court by an order dated 7th August, 2023 rejected the prayer for relaxation, nevertheless, granted liberty to approach afresh if the trial is not concluded within six months. It is informed that the trial has not yet commenced. Mr. Mundargi submits that the applicant is a diploma holder in Civil Engineering, who wants to stay with his parents and would not indulge in any illegal activities if the condition is relaxed. He also undertakes to attend the concerned police station as per the directions issued by this Court.

Mr. Palkar, learned APP objects the application, however, considering the submissions made by Mr. Mundargi, I am persuaded to relax the condition "not to enter the jurisdiction of Revenue District of Pune."

The applicant is permitted to enter into the jurisdiction of Revenue District Pune, however, he shall attend Talegaon-Dabhade Police Station once in a month on 15th day till framing of the charge.
