Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order impugned in the petition is passed below Exhibit-141 in Petition no. D-44 of 2013 before the Family Court. He further submits that the main Petition no. D44 of 2013 is disposed of by order dated 25th April 2022 passed below Exhibit-1 by the Family Court. He submits that in view of the disposal of the main petition, the present writ petition is rendered infructuous. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave granted as prayed. 2.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
