Without entering into the controversy as regards the format of the notice received by the Applicant as it would have various ramifications, we only note that the Applicant has received notice from the Gram Panchayat alleging that the Applicant is occupying Gayran land and, therefore, the Applicant is fully aware of the case of the Applicant. As regards the question of hearing to be

skn 2 56-IA-4215.2023.doc given to the Applicant, the learned Government Pleader states that the Tahasildar, Maval will give hearing to the Applicant on 21 June 2023 and thereafter follow the further procedure as contemplated. 2.
