As per the order passed by this Court on 1st July 2016, the adinterim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) staying the execution and implementation of the Award was granted, subject to the applicantInsurance Company depositing the entire compensation amount under the Judgment and Award passed by the Commissioner, Workmen's Compensation in the office of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation.

The Office Note and the record shows that the entire compensation amount, accordingly, is deposited by the applicant-Insurance Company in the office of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation. 4.

In view thereof, the ad-interim relief granted in terms of prayer clause (b) staying the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award is made absolute, accordingly, till the hearing of the First Appeal.
