Mr. Yagnik, learned APP on instructions makes a statement that detention order of the detenue made under COFEPOSA Act, 1974 is revoked by the government on the recommendation of Advisory Board. In support of her statement, she tendered copy of the order dated 9th May 2017 made by the Under Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra in Home Department. The said order is taken on record.
