The application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

The discovery u/s. 27 of the Indian Evidence Act, as has been seized from the applicant allegedly have blood strains, which was sent for analysis to Forensic Science Laboratory. 4.

It is directed that Forensic Science Laboratory shall submit the report before the Session Court within a period of four months from today. Once the report is received liberty to the applicant apply afresh.
