The petitioner has prayed that he be released on parole to attend to his wife's sister's marriage which was to take place on 29.12.2014. 4.
The petitioner had preferred the application on 10.11.2014 through Central Jail, Baroda. There was delay on the part of jail authorities in Baroda in sending this application to this Court.
