In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for interim bail for a period of 10 days on the ground that his nephews marriage was to take place on 7th of December.

It is seen that the petitioner has sent this petition through the Central Prison, Vadodara, in the State of Gujarat. By letter dated 1st December, the Vadodara Central Jail sent the copy of the petition to this court, and this court received it on 22nd December. The marriage salgaonkar
