DATE: 14th MARCH, 2019 P.C.:- 1] Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by denial of promotion to the post of Senior Clerk from the post of Junior Clerk. The perusal of communication at page 66 of the Petition, would reveal that in the Establishment on which the Petitioner is working, in view of the strength of students, the post of Senior Clerk is not admissible. However, the perusal of the said communication further reveals that Petitioner would be entitled to benefit of higher pay-scale on account of completion of 12 years service in view of the scheme 1/2

2] In that view of the matter, relief claimed in the Petition cannot be granted. Petition stands rejected.
