Heard Mr.Kachave, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Ms.Shinde, learned A.P.P. for Respondent-State. Perused record. 2.

It is an admitted fact on record that, the police attached to Rabale Police Station, Navi Mumbai have recorded First Information Report (for short, "F.I.R.") of the Petitioner, as per his own say. The Petitioner has not given details of the alleged articles taken away by the accused No.1 i.e. his wife and her relatives on 23rd April 2021. A general statement is made in the F.I.R. that, the accused persons took away all the articles from the house in a tempo.

Learned A.P.P. submitted that, the police after completion of investigation have submitted chargesheet on 22nd May 2021 in the Court of 1/2

Perusal of Petition indicates that, the Petitioner now wants to improve his case thereby adding certain additional statements/articles in the F.I.R. dated 24th April 2021.

In view of above, the prayer of the Petitioner cannot be granted. Petition is accordingly dismissed.
