Learned counsel for the applicant has produced on record a copy of the resolution issued by the Home Department/ State Government dated 20/9/2022. According to him the competent authority is constituted by paragraph No.3 of the resolution to look into the prayer of the petitioner for withdrawal of the prosecution.

In case the applicant approaches the competent RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE authority as reflected in paragraph 3 of the aforesaid resolution, the
