By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the advertisements dated 17th July 2021 and 22nd July 2021 issued by the M.I.D.C. and the Department of Water Resources respectively.

In view of the subsequent developments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition in relation to advertisement issued by the M.I.D.C. and as regards advertisement issued by the Department of Water Resources to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.
