This application is preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of 196 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 15.6.2013 passed by MACT, Pune in MACP No.1071 of 2008.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following Mohite 1/2
