1] Petitioner No.1 is present with his advocate. Respondent No.1 is present with her advocate. Learned APP appears for respondent No.2 - State.

2] Respondent No.1 and the petitioners jointly request for quashing of the chargesheet. The ofences are mainly on account of matrimonial discord.

3] The matrimonial discord is amicably settled and in Family Court Appeal No. 1457 of 2015 before the Family Court at Bandra, the consent terms have been presented. Today, Dinesh S.

4] Amount of Rs.2 lakhs to be withdrawn by respondent No.1, is already deposited in the Family Court. Jewellery of respondent No.1, as per clause (5) of the consent terms presented in the Family Court and the list appended thereto, is to be given back to her.

5] We direct the parties to place the photocopy of consent terms on record of the present criminal writ petition immediately.

6] In view of these developments and joint request, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 7] Writ Petition is disposed of.
