At the outset, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to 1/3

amend prayer clause (a). Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The relief sought in the aforesaid application is as under: "(a) That this Hon'ble Court may please to extend the time to allow the Applicant to deposit the remaining balance amount of Rs.1,59,002/- ."

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that this Court vide order dated 22nd December, 2016 passed in the aforesaid Revision Application had recorded that the applicant, without prejudice his rights and contentions, is ready to deposit Rs.3,00,000/- in equal 12 installments i.e. approximately Rs.17,666/- on the 10th of every month. He submits that till date, the applicant has deposited 1,40,998/-. 4.

According to the learned Counsel for the applicant, due to certain financial difficulties and thereafter COVID, the applicant could not deposit the balance amount of Rs. 1,59,002/-. He submits that the applicant is ready with the Demand Draft of the said amount i.e. Rs. 1,59,002/- an he will deposit the same in the Registry of this Court within one week from today. Statement accepted.

Accordingly, the time is extended up to 23rd July, 2021. The applicant to deposit the said Demand Draft of Rs. 1,59,002/- in the Registry of this Court before the said date.

The application is allowed and disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
