2. Accordingly, we permit withdrawal of the writ petition. In the event a fresh challenge if any, mounted before the Central Administrative Tribunal is found to be deleted, the tribunal shall take into consideration the pendency of this petition in the matter of considering delay.

3. Writ petition no.8393 of 2019 and Civil Application nos.2305 of 2019, 1809 of 2019 and IA no.1418 of 2020 are disposed in the above terms.

4. Interim applications, if any, stands disposed.

5. List Writ Petition no.8056 of 2019 along with Civil Application no.2306 and 2307 of 2019 on 13 th July, 2022 for withdrawal.
