DECEMBER 08, 2021 P.C. :- The substantial reliefs sought in the petition are against respondent No.2 Committee at Aurangabad who has passed the order. The other reliefs sought in the petition are consequential to the reliefs in respect of order passed by the Scrutiny Committee at Aurangabad. 2.

Mr. Rajpurohit, learned AGP invited our attention to the order dated 20th March 2017 passed by Aurangabad Bench of this Court in the bunch of petitions filed by the petitioner and others. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with liberty to file petition before Aurangabad Bench of this Court.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
