By this Application, the Applicant seeks extension of time to deposit the second instalment of Rs.10,00,000/- which was due and payable as per the undertaking on or before 30.04.2016. The Applicant was able to generate Rs.5,00,000/- only and therefore, the entire

APPP 377-16 (Prod).doc amount could not be deposited before 30.04.2016. Hence, he seeks extension of one month to deposit the said amount.

Accordingly, time to deposit the second instalment of Rs.10,00,000/- is extended by 30.05.2016.
