We have heard this matter for some time and thereafter, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, has sought leave of the court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate complaint before the concerned Scrutiny Committee in terms of the provisions made in Rule 19 of the Maharashtra Scheduled Castes, De-notified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Category (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Caste Certificate Rules, 2012. 2.

Leave with liberty, as prayed for, is granted, keeping all contentions open. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
