The above Civil Application has been filed for interim stay of the award passed by the Commissioner for Workmens Compensation. The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant / Appellant states that the entire decreetal amount payable by the Insurance Company under the Award has been deposited with the authority since the same is a condition for filing the Appeal. In view thereof the Civil Application is allowed. It is however clarified that the stay is restricted to the liability of the Applicant / Appellant. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
