The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant on instructions of the Applicant states that the Applicant has complied with the directions contained in the order dated 30th September 2015 by paying all the arrears. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent disputes the correctness of the said statement. However, there is a rejoinder filed by the Applicant which reiterates the statement made by the learned counsel

sng cam-183.15.doc appearing for the Applicant. In any case, the Application for stay, we are not finally deciding the issue of arrears.

Accordingly, we direct that this Application stands disposed of in terms of the ad-interim order dated 30th September 2015.

If the Applicant is in arrears, we grant liberty to the Respondent to take out a separate Application in that behalf. It will be also open to the Respondent to make a prayer for grant of litigation expenses in the said Application.

Private paper book to be filed by the Applicant within a period of six months from today.
