The Respondents have taken out a separate Civil Application seeking withdrawal. They will be entitled to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited with proportionate interest without security or undertaking.

The remaining amount will be deposited in a fixed deposit with any nationalized bank.

The statutory deposit shall also be transferred to the MACT and similarly invested.
