The prayer in this Writ Petition is for quashing the FIR at Exhibit-A registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under section 120-B read with sections 302, 115 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned APP on instructions states that during the pendency of the petition, charge sheet has been filed on 1st October 2014 and even charge has been framed against the petitioner on 14th June 2016.

Hence, this petition for quashing
