The present Writ Petition is filed against the order of appointment of Administrator of the year 2002. By order dated 28 March 2002, while admitting the Petition, this Court was directed the Administrator to hand over the charge of the bank account to the society, by granting interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c). That order has been still in force till this date. Therefore, I am inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, 1/2

ssm 2 217-wp1194.02.sxw as there is no point in keeping this matter pending and as new body and/or newly elected body must have taken charge. The present Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of, with liberty.

All points are kept open.

Rule disposed of accordingly. No costs.
