The civil application is taken out for amendment of the petition, so as to bring on record the subsequent event of the Government Order dated 9th January, 2015, by which respondent No.1 cancelled the orders of promotion to the post of Anganwadi Sevika. Consequently, the petitioner and respondent No.3 were demoted to the post of Anganwadi Madatnis. By the same order, however, respondent No.3 is promoted to the post of Anganwadi Sevika on the temporary basis. Admittedly, the petitioner has not filed any application for amendment of the main proceedings pending before the Industrial Tribunal. Since, the main proceedings pending before the Tribunal are yet to be amended, there can be no question of amendment of the present petition. Therefore, the civil application is dismissed. (Smt. R.
