This is an application for extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.1,65,000/- in accordance with an order dated 22.01.2021 passed by this Court in ABA 142/2021.

Vide order dated 06.04.2021 extension was granted to the applicant. It is submitted that the applicant has lost his employment and could not manage fund, however, within three days the amount would be deposited.

Considering the submission, the applicant is permitted to deposit the amount of Rs.1,65,000/- with the Investigating Officer within one week from the date of uploading the order.

The application stands disposed of.
