9.143.19 mca.doc 3] The submissions are, Applicant after matrimonial discord has started residing at Navi Mumbai and considering the distance at about more than 300 Kms between Ambejogai and Mumbai, it will be diffcult for Applicant-wife to attend the proceedings at Ambejogai. 4] In the aforesaid background, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
