Learned counsel for the Applicant on the instructions of the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Application, as there is a possibility of an amicable settlement in the trial Court. Learned counsel submits that the Applicant be returned the amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by her in the Registry of this Court, pursuant to the Order passed by this Court ( Coram : S. S. Shinde, J. ) on 07.06.2019.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn. The amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by the Applicant in the Registry

2. Cri. APL 491-2019.doc of this Court be returned to the Applicant on the Applicant producing proof of her identity.

Needless to state, that ad-interim relief granted by this Court vide Order dated 07.06.2019 stands vacated in view of the withdrawal of the Application.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the Application.
