C. :- The above Writ Petition has been filed for the substantive relief of expediting the investigation of C.R.No.64 of 2017 registered by the Petitioner - Bank as regards its alleged dispossession from the secured asset of which possession was taken by it. Having regard to the said substantive prayer, as also having regard to the nature of the allegations, we deem it appropriate to issue directions in terms of the URS

2 WP 1876-17.doc-22 said prayer clause (A). We direct the investigating agency to also take into consideration such material as would be brought before its notice by the Petitioner - Bank and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law.

With the directions as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
