The learned APP tenders a report dated 16/07/2018 of the Senior Inspector of Police, Malwani Police Station, Mumbai wherein it is stated that in so far as the FIR registered by the Petitioner is concerned, "B" Summary report would be filed in the concerned Court. In view thereof, it is not necessary to keep the above Writ Petition pending The Petitioner may take appropriate recourse in respect of filing of the "B" Summary report, we express no opinion in that regard. The report dated 16/07/2018 of the Senior Inspector of Police, Malwani Police Station, Mumbai is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. With the directions as aforesaid, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
