It is not in dispute that the Petitioner has filed a Civil Suit for challenging the Sale Deed executed by the first Respondent on the basis of the impugned resolution.

All issues concerning the legality and validity of the transfer will have to be gone into in the pending Suit. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the fifth Respondent has placed on record a letter dated 19th August, 2015 addressed to him by the Pune Municipal Corporation which is taken on record and marked 'A-1' for identification.
