Recording a prima facie case in favour of the applicant, on 11/05/2022 she was admitted to the interim protection from arrest in the subject C.R.

The said order recorded a prima facie case, since it was noticed that the alleged transaction was of the year 2013 and the principal allegation was against the co-accused Sandeep Mohite.

The applicant was directed to co-operate with the investigation and report the Investigating Offcer as and when directed.

On the basis of the instructions of the Investigating Offcer, who is present in the Court, the learned A.P.P. makes a statement that she has attended to the Investigating Offcer and rendered her co-operation and her custodial interrogation is not warranted.

In the wake of the aforesaid statement, order dated 11/05/2022 is made absolute, subject to the stipulation that the applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and shall continue to render her co-operation to the Investigating Offcer.
