The respondent No.1 is a Trust, whereas respondent Nos.2 and 3 were the trustees who are informed to have expired. As such, prayer is made for deletion of said respondent Nos.2 and 3. 2.

In view of death of respondent Nos.2 and 3, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) at the risk and peril of the applicant.

Appropriate amendment be carried out within three weeks, failing which the revision shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
