By the above Civil Application the Applicants i.e. the original Petitioners seek amendment of the Writ Petition so as to replace the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 by the persons mentioned in paragraph 4 of the Civil Application. The said persons have been appointed as trustees of the Respondent No.1 Trust in place of the Respondent Nos.2 and 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents Shri S V Pitre states that he has instructions to appear for the proposed Respondents i.e. the persons named in paragraph 4 of the Civil Application who have been lgc

caw-1155.16 appointed as the new trustees of the Respondent No.1 Trust. The learned counsel for the Respondents further states that he has no objection to the Civil Application being allowed and the said persons named in paragraph 4 of the Civil Application being arrayed as the Respondents to the above Writ Petition. The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the amendment sought in terms of the above Civil Application so as to replace the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 by the persons named in paragraph 4 of the Civil Application is allowed.
