This is an application filed by the victim i.e. wife of the Appellant in Criminal Appeal No. 52 of 2018 seeking impleadment as she seeks to oppose the bail to the Appellant. 3.

Taking into consideration the nature of evidence and the fact that the Sessions Judge has not granted any compensation to the Applicant, the application seeking impleadment deserves to be allowed.
