The learned counsel after arguing the matter for some time states that the parties have decided to amicably resolve the dispute. The learned counsel for the Respondent states that he has taken instructions from the Respondent who is present in the Court. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he has received telephonic instructions and will place the written instructions on record by 11 September 2015. The learned counsel for the parties state that the Petitioner and Respondent have agreed that the Petitioner will pay an amount of ` 1,75,000 towards full and final settlement of all claims of the Respondent within period of two months.

The amount of ` 1 lakh shall be paid to the Respondent on or before 30 October 2015 and remaining amount of ` 75,000 by 17 November 2015. After having accepted these undertakings, the Writ petition stands disposed off in view of the consensus. However, the registry shall place the matter on board for directions on 17 November 2015, only to ensure the compliance of this consent order.
