Heard for some time. The petitioner though has raised objection to grant caste certificate and caste validity in favour of Respondent No.3, the petitioner did not contest election, sister of petitioner who contested election has not chosen to approach this Court. 2.

We therefore find substance in the contention of learned AGP and adhering to law laid down in Ayaaubkhan Noorkhan Pathan vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors., (2013) 4 SCC 465, we find that this petition is not maintainable.
