This is the second application for anticipatory bail. The previous application for anticipatory bail was rejected by this court vide order dated 08.01.2020. while rejecting the by DNYANESHWAR ASHOK ETHAPE Date: 2022.10.15 13:02:11 +0530 said application it was observed that there are specifc DNYANESHWAR ASHOK ETHAPE allegations against the applicant, investigation is in progress. The victim was law graduate and practicing lawyer. The incident had occurred after one and half year from the date of marriage and FIR was alleges that the harassment caused to the victim at the instance of the applicant.

Learned advocate for the applicant Mr. Kate submitted that there is charge in circumstances. Other accused were

The previous application was rejected in 2020. Grant of regular bail to the other accused is considered as charge in circumstance. The other accused were arrested and granted bail. Since last two years the applicant is not available for investigation. No case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail.

ORDER

Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1283 of 2022 is rejected and disposed of.
