spb/ 909revn228-15appr207-15.doc Perused the dying declaration of the deceased. It will have to be examined whether the applicant had, in any manner, instigated the deceased to commit suicide. In my opinion, there are sufficient grounds on which the learned Advocate for the applicant can be heard and, therefore, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicant.

The applicant be released on bail in sum of Rs.35,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount or a cash deposit of Rs.35,000/- in lieu of surety. Criminal Application No. 207 of 2015 stands disposed of in the above terms.

Authorities concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
