There is no necessity to entertain the present petition, considering that the same only challenges certain interim order. Instead, it would be in the interest of justice if the Civil Judge Senior Division at Kalyan is directed to dispose of Marriage Petition No.982 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of one year from the date of production of authenticated copy of this order.

Further, it is clarified that the Civil Judge Junior Division at Kalyan, whilst disposing of the Marriage Petition No.982 of 2013, will not permit himself to be influenced by any of the observations contained in the impugned order or the circumstance that this petition URS
2 WP 6119-14.doc-2 is not being entertained by this Court. The Marriage Petition No.982 of 2013 will be disposed of on its own merits and in accordance with law.

This petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

The petitioner to produce authenticated copy of this order before the Civil Judge Senior Division at Kalyan, on the next date of hearing.
