The Appellate Court in the appeal preferred by the respondent allowed the same and dismissed the dispute. As such this petition.

Having considered the submissions of the parties, a case for consideration was made out and this Court granted Rule on March 13, 2019 and also recorded statement of respondent No.2 in regard to the nature and status of the property. 4.

In my opinion, the statement made on March 13, 2019 appropriately takes care of the case of the applicant. As such, no further orders are required to be passed in the application. 5.
